Sawasdee kha! I understand your feeling. I used to work in Hotel(BKk, Thailand). And agree with you. Most of Farang who works as Top Executive, they are not so good as Thai people(from my opinion) They always look down Thai people that we're only Staff and the way they treat Thai people just like's a SHIT! Sometimes they wanna scream or shouting at Staff when they're upset! (However; There are some Farang..who're nice to Thai people na kha). Especially, Executive (Men) like to flirting with girls in Hotel. Sometimes..they try to go out with these girls..some girls like but some not! I'm the one who don't like this way and always said this is' Sexual Harassment' to them! After that I've got many problem...they tried to put pressure on me and piss off! They talked to other managment that I'm aggressive! Just because I didn't allow them to touch my hip, or my body? They use their authorize..just for self..and take side with their team..that's the way..Even I (Thai) and one foreigner..we're same position..but salary's not same..he or she will get double salary than I got..and the way they work...always ON Time! Come ON TIme..finish ON Time..overtime...the hotel has to pay extra..what'S about me? OVERTIME is FREE OF CHARGE! And Managment will say..just overtime 'CAn't you work for us?' Why don't you ask your TEAM? I have no time for myself or my(EX) boyfriend..and we had many problem..so we broke up! Who's gonna response for that? NO ONE!..Now I'm so happy to quit this job and choose my family.. My Family's most important! Sorry for that if some foreigner read and upset..but can't help this is the truth from my experience and I didn't specify who is who..if you think you're not..so don't care about what I wrote!
