‘Night at the Museum’
an Edible Museum ‘From Royal Cuisine to Street Food’
Mr.Rames Promyen, Director-General of National Discovery Museum Institute (NDMI) recently organized ‘Night at the Museum’, the fourth edition on an Edible Museum ‘From Royal Cuisine to Street Food’, to experience the brand new learning of museum as a Plearning (Play and Learn) in the nightlife. The event took place at Museum Siam on Sanamchai Road, Phra Nakhon.
The event exhibited and demonstrated Thai royal cuisine and culture from during the reign of HM the King Rama V to present, and the development of Thai street food originating from it.
